The Universal Pan & Insert Rack is a 36-pan capacity mobile shelving unit, which features three independently adjustable sections.

The rack is fully adjustable for 12" x 20" insert pans and all sizes of pizza and bun pans.

Standard with four shelves, four posts, four threaded stem casters, two with brakes, and three sets of tray slides.

Each tray slide features 1 1/2" spacing. Height is 81" with casters.
