Tarrison Products Ltd. warrants that all Tarrison Storage & Handling Equipment will be free from defects in material and manufacture at time of shipment. We guarantee to replace any item that is found to be defective for up to one (1) year from date of shipment provided that is has been properly used.

Tarrison Products Ltd. will repair or replace any product that does not perform as represented herein with normal usage. A Tarrison Representative will examine the installation and determine repair or return disposition. No returns may be made without prior written authorization. All returns must be made freight prepaid to Tarrison Products Ltd.

All Warranties are made for the benefit of the original owner under normal usage. There are no other warranties expressed or implied beyond those stated herein. Tarrison Products' liability is limited to the replacement of defective merchandise and Tarrison will not be responsible for any and all ancillary expenses that may arise. No employee or agent of Tarrison Products Ltd. has any authority to make any representation or warranty, which exceeds those stated above.
